HOA Meeting July 20th

The meeting will be held at the VFW hall located at 9401 SW 110th St., Ocala. We will meet at 1pm in the afternoon.

The agenda will discuss:

Replacing the Vice Treasures responsibilities in October as Ron Wells sets to retire from volunteering with the HOA.

Progress on Rental homes & MOHA requirements with covenants.

Violations progress and future vote for covenant change in 2024.
